When you select the date and pick-up point, available cars are listed instantly; you can also ask about availability by phone.
Is a credit card mandatory?
A credit card in the renter's name is required for the security pre-authorisation; payment can be made in cash.
Do you issue an invoice?
Yes, an individual or corporate invoice is issued for every rental.
Can the deposit be paid in cash?
In our standard practice, security is taken as a credit card pre-authorisation; a cash deposit is not preferred.
What is the fuel policy?
The car is handed over with a full tank and is expected to be returned full; missing fuel is charged at the end of the rental.
What should I do if I have an accident?
